LotWatch is operated by Buzzle Analytics LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect from people who use the LotWatch application, the lotwatch.software website, and the LotWatch data products, and how that information is handled.
Account and sign-in. When you sign in to the application we receive your name, email address, and workspace membership from our authentication provider, Clerk. We store the name and email so the application can show who is signed in and send the daily brief to workspaces that have turned it on.
Access requests and data inquiries. When you submit the access-request form or ask about a data product, we store what you type: your name, work email, phone if provided, role, dealership or company, and any notes. We use it to evaluate and reply to the request.
Usage and technical data. The website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views and referrers without cookies and without identifying visitors. Our servers keep short-lived request logs, including IP address, for security and rate limiting.
Application activity. Inside the application we log operational actions tied to a workspace (for example, a quote check or a team change) so that workspace admins can see their own team's activity. That log is visible only inside the workspace it belongs to.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or device identifiers. The dealership data we gather is business advertising published to the open web; it does not include the identity of any shopper, buyer, or employee.
Service providers that run parts of the product on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We will disclose information if required by law.
Account records are kept while the workspace is active and deleted within 90 days of a workspace being closed. Access-request records are kept for up to 24 months. Server request logs are kept for no more than 30 days. Dealer advertising data has no personal information in it and is retained as the historical ledger that the product is built on.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants specific privacy rights (for example, California residents under the CCPA, or people in the EU or UK under the GDPR), we honor those rights on request. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Application access is invite-only and every workspace is isolated from every other. Administrative access is limited to the operator.
LotWatch is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to workspace admins.
